This specific client was in the health niche and were struggling finding an agency who can actually deliver what they promise, and scaling up to 6 figures MRR. We laid proper foundations, dug deep in to the ideal customer and crafted ads with compelling ad copy that deeply resonated with their customers. Doing this allowed us to add them an extra €78k bottom line, within the first month of us working together. The goal to hit 6 figures was pretty fast achieved. Prior to becoming a Sinex Media client, their main median of advertising was influencer marketing which took them from $0 - $50k MRR but then they were capped out. There was only so much scale they could experience with influencer marketing and so that's where we came in. They'd never ran a single paid ad before and so starting from complete scratch, we were able to ramp them up to multiple 6 figures already in the first month at a 9x+ ROAS. This was a byproduct of having a deep routed understanding of their ideal customer and knowing exactly what they wanted. Equipped with that knowledge, all we needed to do was simply put what they wanted in front of them and they bought. We are now pushing this client to spend multiple 5 figures/month, in order to ramp up even higher.

Striking a nerve within the audience we show ads to by crafting striking copy and pairing that with top tier creatives is the number one way to scale to the M's. This enables us to spend (as you can see above) $3.8K and return $71.8K within 7 days. We helped this client dial in his sales funnel as prior to working with us the conversion rate was below 1.5% and we helped him dial in his offering so his product became an absolute no brainer to his market (the perceived value more than outweighed the cost).

This was a client in the Apparel & Fashion niche. They received one of our outbound emails (because we could see from a birds eye view that this specific brand was not utilizing paid traffic to the heights they should've) and they ended up getting on a call with us to discuss how we could help them in more depth. We showed the sheer amount of money they were leaving on the table by not having a solid paid traffic funnel in place and not having the ability to confidently spend $x to generate a sale for $(x*3, 4, 5+). Fast forward a couple months after they became a client and we are averaging a 9.89x ROAS.

This specific skin care brand was prior of working with Sinex Media at $40k MRR and had the burning desire to hit the 6 figure mark. They tried it in the past to scale beyond 5 figures, however, every time they did, the ROAS went below 2x, which then wasn't profitable anymore. IOS14 didn't make it easy for them either, so they reached out to us. They booked in a call, we looked into their ads manager and we could instantly see how we could help scaling them. We KNEW that we could definitely hit at a bare minimum their break even ROAS (which was 1.8) and scale even beyond that. The tracking got worse and worse, however working with UTMs and looking into the shopify back end, helped us a bit more to determining what the real numbers looked like. In the Facebook Business Manager we still had a 3.38X ROAS at a revenue of 97k within 31 days. Therefore, we crossed with another client the 6 figure mark.
